I am a UX / Product designer with over 20 years of experience from being a digital designer to becoming senior UX consultant. I have worked within a range of sectors and clients. I consider myself a divergent, big-picture thinker who adds value to all teams. I am comfortable communicating with stakeholders, business owners and colleagues.I consider myself a great team player and self-starter. I am available for a variety of role type and length and am comfortable jumping into a project at whatever stage and will offer skills that go beyond UX.
Work Experience
Consulting role to improve the company’s AI powered Social Listening and Intelligence tool within the Health and Medicine space.
- Performed a UX review of the company’s flagship PatientMetrx tool uncovering issues and offering solutions.
- Active role in workshops, showing ideas for improving key features such as incorporating Chat-GPT into the product.
- Advised leadership team in helping understanding of UX and associated methods to improve ways of working and solutions.
A proposition focused role, working with the Lead Product Manager looking at ways to engage jobseekers with career advice and to gather evidence to change the recruitment company's approach to candidate to job matching.
- Working with Product Owner for quick turnaround of outputs with the purpose to gain buy in from senior leadership team.
- Responsible for prototype iterations of behaviour change tool.
- Actively involved in user research interviews including facilitating, writing questions and synthesis.
