Led and participated in projects involving Vendors, Consultants, Business, Call Center, IT, Marketing and BI: ▪ Participated in E-commerce full funnel optimization increasing sales by 300% from demand generation trough delivery. o Led the technical implementation of assisted sales by call center going from 0 to 33% of E-commerce sale’s share. o Led the digital analytics strategy design and implementation ensuring cross channel analytics integrity. ▪ Participated in the Growth of “Mi Movistar” APP growing its user base from 2% to 38% of our client base. o Mentored new team members on digital and technological matters. o Designed and supervised the implementation of the analytics strategy across the web and the app. o Co-designed and coordinated different growth initiatives. ▪ Decided to take some personal time and, since December, I’m helping to liquidate the family business (computer goods).

▪ Managed to make available web and app data to the different stakeholders by teaming up with other channel’s teams. o Developed data flows with Python and Luigi. Later, acted as Product Owner in order to scale this project. ▪ Designed and implemented A/B tests as well as root cause analysis to improve e-commerce and self-service KPIs. Some technologies involved: Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Optimize as well as Javascript (mostly elegant workarounds).
