I care less about shipping features and more about understanding what's actually slowing users down — the gap between what people say they want and what they need. That's the lens I bring to every product I build.
Most recently, I've been building AI workflows for a staffing platform: an AI recruiter that interviews and processes ~3,000 candidates a month, and an AI supervisor that monitors 1,000+ active jobs a day, catching risk (stalled progress, missing requirements, bench issues) before it becomes a real problem. Working with prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings has become a core part of how I build now, and I'm continuing to lean further into AI-powered systems.
Along the way I've launched apps from scratch, scaled products to millions of users, led architecture decisions that became the foundation for large parts of an org's codebase, and mentored other engineers.

Work Experience
- Built an AI recruiter workflow that interviews and processes around 3,000 candidates monthly.
- Built an AI supervisor workflow monitoring 1,000+ jobs daily for candidate progression, requirement matching, and bench status.
- Launched a workforce-management mobile app from scratch, covering time tracking, timesheets, geofencing, and clock in/out, and scaled it to thousands of daily users tracking roughly 32,000 worked hours weekly.
- Built a patient portal (WeightRx) for a weight-loss-focused healthcare company, serving 3,000+ users across web and mobile.
- Built DecipherInk, a platform teaching genealogical document literacy through dynamic exercises, with content served via Contentful and a Node.js backend.
- Built a pipeline feature (Pin Drop) letting premium mobile users manage projects across multiple locations, supporting thousands of daily users.
