• For JPMorgan Chase, gained end-to-end expertise on the company's login and authentication systems. Performed a massive knowledge transfer from the one team lead who solely knew 80% of the information on his segment of these systems. • Worked with managers on the large-scale transformation happening that included the authentication systems, also for JPMC. • For a United Nations project regarding a vital internal system, gathered requirements, presented project updates to leaders and the team, as well as communicated details between technical and non-technical people. • Performed several UX analyses, set up and performed user testing to get detailed, unbiased user feedback, and created mock-ups for the above United Nations system. • Managed both in-house and offshore developers in rebuilding a React and Node.js application that gained over a million followers under its brand, including designing a new back end API. Created an accurate product roadmap for this project which was followed almost exactly. • Designed and created the user experience for a high fidelity prototype of an e-learning game that helped the CEO connect with several clients. • Hired and trained software engineers for technology teams. • Coached companies in using effective DevOps, MLOps, project management, and Agile techniques. • Created a complete, dynamic live streaming experience from back-end to front-end that allowed my client to live stream throughout New York City, including Times Square, comedy clubs, and music shows. Solutions architecture was mostly built on Amazon AWS using S3, EC2, ECS, IAM, ELB, and CloudWatch. • Provided expert guidance on team management, software lifecycle management, and hiring processes involved in critical and data-intensive applications. • Worked directly with startup executives and business owners.
