Summary
I am a Data Engineer, I graduated from the University of Kwazulu Natal (UKZN) with a BSC in Computer Science. I have over 10 years of corporate and enterprise experience ranging from industries in Finance, Retail, FMCG, Banking, Logistics and Telecommunications, to name a few.
I have spearheaded various projects during my career consisting of shifting timespans of weeks to months, being provided with great attention, time and effort. I worked as part of a group for a number of projects and feel comfortable as part of a team due to my interpersonal and communication skills.
At certain clients, I introduced projects to reduce the IT expenditure and eliminate unforeseen costs in the organization and thus increasing revenue. I streamlined processes with data governance and solution architectures that are standardized around the world. I also project and negotiate with clients to ensure that all their business criteria are met to ensure risks are lowered by engaging in custom solutions.
My strengths lie in great attention to detail and the quality of delivery of work. I create analysis of reports from historical to predictive and forecasting by helping the business make sense of their services.
I have a strong arsenal of skills gained over the past few years ranging from Microsoft BI, Microsoft Azure, QlikView, Oracle Enterprise, Business Analysis and other leading technologies.

Connecting with multiple clients such as Sena Health, Care2U, VL Telecom, Coliquio and others to build scalable data cloud solutions such as ETL, data lake houses, data warehouses, data semantic models, analytical engines and reports. Managed digital transformation journeys with stakeholders and client infrastructure. Worked on Azure, Python, Synapse, PySpark, Power BI, Tableau, ADF, AWS, Google Analytics, SQL, and other data engineering frameworks.
Overseeing data management, data analytics, and data governance of the organization in an agile environment. Providing accurate and timely information to over 1000 internal and external clients. Ensuring the data quality is consistent and well understood.
