Designed the current git workflow for my company. Workflow is aimed primarily at avoiding conflicts and ensuring that all features and bug fixes are maintained in consecutive releases.

As the lead platform engineer, one of my primary responsibilities is to design highly scalable schemas and optimize queries for data retrieval. 

Led the transition from hibernate-3 to hibernate-4 including upgrading all application code and configuration changes. Converted the legacy application's multi-tenant handling (one session factory per schema) to utilize hibernate-4's built in multi-tenant support. Implemented level-two caching including building a custom memcached adapter in order to use a distributed cache for our fleet of application servers.
