I've used Java very extensively throughout my career as a software developer and I enjoy programming in Java. I've built stad-alone application using Awt, and also built lot of complex systems that interacted with more than a dozen libraries to perform complex tasks. I have experience with dependency management using Mavent, Ant and SBT.  

I primarily use Python for quick prototyping of applications. I have experience working with the OpenCV on cracking hard OCR problems, image classifications etc. I've also used nltk for many problems related to English language understanding, in Natural Language Processing.

This is my favorite java web-frameworks implemented in Java. I've worked with MVC architecture and deployed mutiple sub-apps, packaging  and complete end-to-end deployment of most web-apps. 


I've worked with custom directives and deploying single page apps for web-apis. I've built apps that parse JSON response from server and represents that data in our webapp. I love AngularJS for its community and a ton of app-libraries that we can use out-of-box for our requirement.

I've used a Matab for a lot of math computations during college. Later over the years, for a lot of statistical and data-mining/data-representation problems. I've done prototypes of a lot of Machine Learning Classification and Clustering problems as well using Matlab.

I can help with pre-processing step of text to complete application models for Named Entity Recognition, Classification, Sentiment Analysis and Word2Vec.

HTML was my second computer programming language I learnt (first was Logo)! For any issue big or small, whether your first Hello World into programming or a mock screens for your application in under 15 minutes, I'de love to work with HTML.

I have an understanding of various forms of machine learning algorithms and over couple of years I have been working on the projects in fields of Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. Few projects I did are:

I am currently working on building a system that can understand entities in the sentence and represent orders given by user in the form of actionable commands for a system to execute. Much like a chatbot using nltk, stanford ner and few pieces from scikit-learn.

OpenCV/OCR:
Couple of my clients required me to have OCR impleented for handwritten letter so they can be made searchable. So I've used Open CV fro pre-processing of the image and Tesseract for OCR needs.
I've implemented a similar solution for grocery bills as well. Wherein the system identifies the expenditures based on the photo of grocery bill.

I use EC2 instances very extensively through out my projects. I've been using Ubuntu/debian Linux for more than a decade and apply this experience in EC2 linux instances to get the job done.
