Kareem Janoudi is a software consultant with 15 years of experience using a plethora of web technologies. In his current role as CTO of Cheddar Up, a rapidly growing group payment platform, he manages the research, development, and software implementation of business needs.

In past roles, he gained extensive experience in Javascript and Ruby on Rails, and Alexa/Google Home Speech-Based Internet of Things (IoT) projects, bringing the Smart Home model to life. Kareem has an entrepreneurial drive, and frequently consults in a tech lead role at small to medium sized startups. In his current day to day, Kareem regularly works with React.JS, Redux, Ruby on Rails, Node.JS, AWS, Google Cloud, Dialogflow, and SQL.

Kareem is also a Managing Partner for Voya Design - a Web Presence Development firm focused on creating, updating, and maintaining the presence of small businesses on the internet. Voya Design takes a small business from any stage of their web presence and ensures they are on the forefront of local marketing online.

Kareem has worked in a fully remote capacity for over 5 years, and has used a combination of web presence and site visits to effectively maintain relationships with his clients, coworkers, and employees.

In his early career, Kareem launched and sold two startups, one acquired by a Fortune 500 company. He has experience in a broad variety of languages, platforms, and managerial roles, and enjoys keeping up to date with current and future technologies.
