Data Engineering Lead: Team Lead for a Data Engineering team in a consulting company, as contractor for a Fortune 500 company-specific project.
Project: Real Time IoT-based data platform that collects data from multiple sources (internal and external) and feeds multiple processes like real-time monitoring, machine learning, and reporting. This platform was designed to be Resilient, Open, Scalable and it has worldwide scope.
Tech stack: Python, AWS(Kinesis, DynamoDB, Redshift, Glue, EMR), Terraform, Jenkins
Working as a contractor for a Fortune 500 company, delivering consistent data products, creating a unified and standardized model that solves business questions at executive and operational levels, and taking advantage of most of the Azure Data Platform and PowerBI Premium. I was involved within the Architecture and Development team for building and enhancing the data model, creating data pipelines, designing and applying a Data Governance strategy and creating reports for the main product.
