I have been working with JavaScript for many years, but only started deep diving into it in the last seven years. I've put a number of ReactJS/Redux apps into production following best practices. I have also worked on a number of Node services to power single page applications.

I have designed, maintained, and optimized many MySQL databases during my career. Also, I have worked with many complex queries for reporting purposes.

I started working with PHP a long time ago when PHP3 was the latest and greatest. I have worked extensively with Zend Framework 1 as well as have experience with Silex.

I have used git branching models for many years and thoroughly enjoy this way of working.

I was first introduced to Agile and Scrum while working for Disney. After that I was hooked. Since then, I've become an agile champion and a Kanban practitioner.

I have six years of direct technical management experience, but I have been a technical expert and thought leader for many years before that. I believe that people are your most important resource, and we must lead them well. To me, this means you must connect with your team on a personal level, be a servant leader, and ensure each member of your team has the proper environment to succeed.
