I've been building ruby on rails apps professionally for the last two years for variety of projects including Rails API's as a micro service, Rails web applications using a variety of templating engines (erb, haml, slim) and a variety of front end frameworks (React.js, Marionette/Backbone, boostrap, and foundation). I am definitely stronger on the backend component and have deep experience in databases to compliment active record patterns.

I've been a professional PHP developer most of my career, I'm very comfortable with the language and a variety of libraries, namely Symfony and doctrine. 

I've been working with javascript since I first started doing web development in university. I'm very comfortable with vanilla javascript and a variety of frameworks including reactjs, marionette, and backbone. 

I've been working with mysql databases for most of my development career, everything from setting up simple database backed applications to working with messaging platforms serving millions of users and all of the scaling challenges that come with it

I spent a large part of my early career as a front end developer and I'm comfortable with CSS in all aspects from responsive design, to pseudo-elements and pseudo-selectors to CSS based animations.

Similar to my experience with CSS I've been writing front end applications throughout my career, I'm very comfortable with html in a variety of ecosystems includes cross browser compatibility to email templating and all things in between
