Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that the work delivered was in accordance with the technical standards of my client. Provide mentorship to junior/senior developers at Andela to help them resolve blockers and challenges.

ICSL is one of the major ISPs in Nigeria that provides connectivity to a few and some major banks and companies. Also, as a tech company, ICSL also provides technical support to companies but majorly to the Lagos State Government. Led the Mobile team. I started and built a new version of the current running mobile application used by the state government for property enumeration. Helped ICSL figure out how to grow the tech team as Software development was not their primary business. Monitored the development process of a Car parking application for Lagos State that was actively been developed by engineers for the State. Worked to ensure proper code delivery and also help the team integrate payment.
