Testing

• Review requirements and stories on Jira to be ready for Sprint planning meeting
• Estimate, design and execute Test cases
• QA team leads manage the day-to-day activities.
• Manage and track defects, and verify issues posted by any of the team members
• Provide solution ideas, when possible, to Solution and Development teams
• Report status to Test Managers and Project Managers or Scrum master
• Manage Testing Environment Servers (Creating new application servers, Deployment, Support).

Scrum Master

• The Scrum Master will coach digital delivery team to constantly improve its way of working and removes impediments for the team. His or her objective is to champion Agile principles like rapid iteration, continuous delivery, customer testing
• Provide ongoing facilitation and coaching that enables your team to excel at Agile development
• Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting and conflict resolution within the team
• Actively manage risks and external dependencies drawing in team members as appropriate
• Accountable for creating and maintaining the appropriate vehicles for open communication within the scrum team (e.g. tracker boards, JIRA) to create a trusting and safe team environment
• Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues
