Summary
Former principal software engineer at one of the largest brazilian fintechs. Through the years, I grew from software engineer to tech leadership and went on to a broader scope, embracing engineering, product and operations and reporting directly to the COO. For the past 2 years, been back to engineering as Principal, taking on very complex challenges and putting to use the broad set of skills acquired through my carreer to help other people and engineering results as a whole.
