* Research cost-saving opportunities; * Design, architect, and implement software and operations changes to increase company productivity and decrease costs for optimal company profits; * Analyze customer needs related to software changes and updates; * Work directly with end users and business leaders to design, build, and implement scalable software solutions to meet business and user needs * Actively code; create and maintain database systems and software: Inventory management, payroll, job/project tracking, invoices, sales, employee productivity, etc.; * Build bridges between incompatible programs to create a functioning, interactive system of software programs; * Plan and implement multiple simultaneous ongoing projects; * Manage all projects and development teams; delegating workload * Work directly with Operations Manager to provide solutions for any problems given; * Find and correct problems with software, operations, or employee error for 50+ employees; * Correct any software or operations issues resulting from employee error and provide direct employee technical support and training, as well as verbal assistance sought during off-hours; * Provide one-on-one training for management, programming, and business practices training; * Complete any projects or work not specifically under the scope of other job titles
