I love to work with engineers with technical backgrounds that are not in Computer Science. This is my story. For my first internship at a small software company in 2014, I taught myself web development on Codecademy in two weeks. I worked directly with the client and the CEO and delivered a knock-out project that both my boss and client were thrilled with. The next summer, I interned at Amazon AWS in a core team in Seattle HQ.
Software is fun, dynamic, rewarding, and so powerful. I love to help curious and motivated technical minds grow, and reach the highest standards of software development. I was consistently rated as "Top Tier" in Amazon and "Top Talent" at Tesla, both challenging environments. I know what's important and what's not.
My forte is the end-to-end development of symbolic AI software solutions. From idea or real world problem through system design and finally to production ready code. I love to discuss modeling and algorithms to solve hard problems with code. Contrapositively, I love to develop software that is more than procedural: with software you can do so much more than make a webpage that people click on or a script that runs once every now and then.
