I'm a software engineer with over 14+ years of experience in Java and backend software development; I have worked as senior engineer for international companies producing software for the Aviation, Retail and Marketing industries. I started my professional career in 2010, since then I have played different roles, gained a lot of expertise based on the multiple projects I took part of. I offer experience, knowledge and a palette of technologies to produce backend systems, always aiming to apply best practices that guarantee best results. In 2023 I got certified as AWS solutions architect which has been the result of many years working with cloud technologies and serveless products.
Work Experience
I have been working as an independent software engineer for companies in the United States through my own firm in Colombia. I became a partner and allied that provides software development knowledge and expertise; I have contributed to build and scale software products in the Marketing sector implementing cloud based solutions on a high volume data systems, connected to external APIs like Facebook Ads, Google DV360 and others.
Joined the Apps engineering team at Livevox , responsible for:
- Enhancing and maintaining microservices and internal components that support the entire Livevox IVR system.
- Acting as a backend software engineer working with Java stack tech, Oracle database and AWS cloud;
- Remote job from Colombia part of a multicultural/distributed team around the world.
