Christmas shopping in late November heavily burdens the Deckers&#x27; system with a peak in orders. The monolithic Legacy systems cannot process this peak without disruptions. In this project, the Legacy was rearchitected to run on AWS, with an event-driven architecture and buffering points using SQS. This project delivered new middleware, which processes orders from a Salesforge Front-End to an Oracle backend

Developed a system which administers and automatically runs marketing campaigns to improve user-engagement. This involved selecting the correct users for a campaign, testing content for email and push. With custom software, the effect of campaigns was measured and iterations made to improve CVR and GMS. The used technologies were C#, SQL Server, SnowFlake, Javascript, Kusto.

Stratex provides services in the Work Force Management domain, for Client Contact Centres (Helpdesk), covering everything from forecasting, planning and Human Resource Management. Stratex developed their own software, to support experts and consultants who are delegated to clients.

Created two synchronization processes to integrate client software with Stratex software.

Laid the fundations for a Shared Session scheme, in order to regulate resource concurrency. Two consultants may work in the same week-based work-schedule; resource regulation is required to avoid data inconsistencies.
