Webapp and mobile cross platform app, built for tracking buses in realtime and buying tickets, reserving seats and setting pickup spot. Started with a few users in the first weeks and after a few weeks was transporting dozens, then after a few months hundreds of users a day. I was the sole developer for most of the duration of the project ~8 months, had an intern for a couple of months and the help of a designer for the duration. I went on to work on another project, the company had internal issues and I left and the app was discontinued 2019. It still ran without my help for another year and a half.
