I have been working with C# and .NET from the first beta. I am a current a 6 time Microsoft MVP for C#. I am also an associate professor of C# for UCSD Extension and I teach all things .NET related for DevelopMentor.

I started with classic ASP (and VB6) then moved to ASP.NET and now to ASP.NET MVC. I have deep understanding of the ASP.NET platform and it's underpinnings. Including the WebAPI pieces. I have also worked recently with cross platform ASP.NET MVC using OWIN/Katana

I have worked with WPF since the very beginning. I worked with the Patterns and Practices team at Microsoft on WPF related guidance and have spoke around the country about WPF and XAML related technologies. I teach all the WPF and XAML related topics for DevelopMentor. 

Since the first XP programming book I have been involved with agile / lean process methodologies. Over the years my understanding has grown and changes as I have worked on numerous "agile" projects. I have a wide array of expierence in what works and what doesn't in the real world

I was a part of the Kinect for Windows Technology Adoption program and worked with the first version of the Kinect for Windows SDK. I have shipped real world applications using Kinect for windows. I have also mentored others in developing Kinect based applications. I have also worked extensively with NUI and VUI interfaces on the XBox360 and XboxOne for major media applications.

I have worked with Windows Phone from it's first release. I developed one of the most highly rated free applications in the Windows Phone store for a major media company. I have also shipped cross platform applications using Xamarin that included a Windows Phone version. I have also worked on a connected TV based Windows Universal application for the Windows Store. 

I have been working with javascript in one form or another for well over 10 years (haven't we all?). I have taught classes on JavaScript fundamentals, AngularJS, and NodeJS.

Javascript is a huge topic and it is impossible to know everything but I am confident I can help you solve your JS problem whatever form it may be in.


TDD, BDD, Front door testing, integration testing. What ever you are doing, what ever you call it, I can help you. I have done all forms unit testing etc.. across many different languages and platforms.  nUnit, MSTest, jUnit, Jasmine, Mocha, rUnit, Calabash

I have worked with various CI servers over the years including TFS,Jenkins, TeamCity etc.. I have extensive experience in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting issues with these tools. 

I have worked with all the major cloud platforms. I prefer the ease of use of Azure but understand and respect the power of Amazon's offerings. I am platform agnostic when it comes to solving a problem. They all share commonalities and therefore common problems.
