Freelance Android Developer

In the past 6 years I've been writing Android apps on a daily basis. Most of them built from scratch or ported from iOS, but I also have experience in maintaining apps written by others... which sometimes can turn into a nightmare. One big challenge that I had while implementing a couple of big projects is dealing with bad/inconsistent REST APIs, but the best part is that now I know how to manage such situations and how to support the backend team. What I'm really proud of is that in the end all of my clients were happy with the results. 

Recently I started to learn Flutter and I think it's a powerful technology with great potential, it is such a relief to know that you can have a single codebase for multiple platforms and that the resulting app will actually look and feel like a native app. Even if it's so different than what I've been used to until now, I find it really enjoying to architect apps and build user interfaces with Flutter, I'm learning something new everytime... which is definitely one of my goals. Never stop learning :-D.

I never focused on iOS development, but I built a few simple apps for one of my clients. I'm not an experienced iOS developer and I'm not looking to be one, but the experience that I currently have helps me to deal with all kinds of problems that we encounter while publishing on the App Store. At first I had a really hard time figuring out how to implement and test in-app purchases for example, but that experience is helping me today, when I'm developing an app in Flutter and I still have to go through the same process. The biggest plus is that I'm able to read, understand and run iOS code, thing that helps me massively when I'm porting apps from iOS.

I am an Android Developer with 6+ years of experience and a keen eye for detail. Less experienced but still incredibly capable Flutter developer.

Beraria H, also known as The Lively City, is the largest Beer Hall in Europe, being the place where you come to enjoy quality music, to see your beloved artists, both national and international, in spectacular shows. I developed for them an Android app that allows customers to discover and book events. When entering the venue, instead of waiting in the queue to buy tickets they can show a QR code with the reservation.
