I grew as a professional in all the companies I worked for. But I gained the most experience in my current company - X5 Group. I have already managed to work on 2 projects in this company. Since the technology stack and architecture of the projects were different we were able to work with different technologies (for example MobX and React Query). Also interesting is the experience of working in a small team of 7 people on one project and more than 20 on another. As the team grows management and involvement of each team member becomes very important.
At my current company X5 Group (Russia’s largest food retailer) I have been working on two projects:
- Transport analytics system for the entire company.
- Application to manage the import process
I was involved in front-end development, testing components, took part in discussing the architecture. Both projects were brought to profitability and received further funding. Based on the results of last year, we were able to save the company a significant amount of money.
I think that my colleagues would note my reliability, responsibility and willingness to help them if difficulties arise.
