In this role, I was responsible for maintaining and developing APIs using Ruby On Rails for the travel industry, working with high code standards, and using several tools to ensure, like Rubocop, Reek, and SimpleCov.I developed many third-party integrations with providers from the travel industry, like airline and hotel companies. Additionally, I created a low-code approach for implementing these integrations, reducing the development time by about 80%. The frontend application was written in Delphi, which I helped maintain as well, having this cross-platform communication made via DB and APIs.
