After 8 years working on the CNS and its diseases (Schizophrenia, Depression, Alzheimer) as a biologist, I specialized in Bioinformatics. I especially worked on Next Generation Sequencing data analyses (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, FAIRE-seq, ATAC-seq, miRNA-seq, virus integration sites detection), developing pipelines (bpipe, snakemake) on LSF, SLURM or Torque clusters, principally programming in Python and R. I also have skills in web (HTML, CSS, PHP, SEO/SEM) and design (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DSmax).
