I got my start in design through hackathons where I learned all about design, product, how to iterate quickly, public speaking (1000+ audience), and where I learned the fundamentals of front-end development.
Since then, I have gone on to lead several design departments at different companies (small and large-scale alike), often operating in a PM capacity at the same time. I am passionate about solving problems and making the world a better designed place. I have years of experience of working directly alongside developers, business stakeholders, and user. I understand what it takes to go from a customer conversation and build a product that solves their problems or meets their needs.
