Around 14 yearsâ experience in the Salesforce space. Architect by title, programmer by heart. Loves the code aspect of salesforce, but always keen on solutions within the declarative and configuration side of the platform. Elegance and simplicity over everything.
Worked for different sides of the ecosystem; from consulting, end client, and even working with AppExchange app development partners.
Key strengths lie mostly around custom development within the platform. My north star has always been in delivering fit for purpose solutions that are scalable and sustainable in the long run. Designing solutions that are elegant and help customers leverage their investment to the Salesforce platform to the fullest.

Work Experience
Salesforce solution design and architecture for Salesforce implementations across the different clouds: Sales cloud, service cloud and communities. Key engagements within the role are the following:
Ministry of Health (New Zealand) - Strategic Pharmacovigilance Solution
Technical Lead and Architect for greenfields implementation of partner portal for reporting of adverse event in drugs for the whole of the country. Solution includes a public page built on community cloud and an internal salesforce app. Both of which combines omnistudio and core technologies
Toyota New Zealand - Solution architect and technical lead for engagement which includes the following:
- Data model foundations remodelling of existing sales and service cloud solution.
- Sales Cloud Improvements which includes remodelling of solution as well as implementation of new integrations to Ministry of Transport
- Consent Model Implemenation and Marketo Migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
AMP New Zealand - Solution architect and delivery lead for remediation project around external adviser partner portal. AMP New Zealand is a major financial services company here in New Zealand. Key activities include remediation of account sharing mechanism, development of a custom document generation component and onboarding of adviser-centric knowledge base.
Toyota Motor Corporation - Solution architecture and development of proof-of-concept solution for global lead management template, Solution encompasses sales cloud for distributor allocation and partner communities for dealer management.
Chorus New Zealand - Solution architect and team lead for two new initatives, one is service oriented partner community for reporting of asset damages to the network, and another being a sales cloud for tracking bespoke network builds to enterprises.
Lead full-stack developer for enterprise Salesforce instance for Vodafone. Key responsibilities include solution architecture and development of several initiatives across the enterprise salesforce space including but not limited to order assurance process improvements, customer care, sales coaching, account and opportunity planning, integration activities, and overall BAU support.
Responsibilities also include vendor management for several initiatives that involved external contractors.

Enterprise NPS Process and Integration - Integration from Qualtrics Customer XM tool and development of custom interfaces that provide single view of data between salesforce and Qualtrics
