Key strengths lie mostly around custom development within the platform. My north star has always been in delivering fit for purpose solutions that are scalable and sustainable in the long run. Toyota New Zealand - Solution architect and technical lead for engagement which includes the following:
AMP New Zealand - Solution architect and delivery lead for remediation project around external adviser partner portal. AMP New Zealand is a major financial services company here in New Zealand. Key activities include remediation of account sharing mechanism, development of a custom document generation component and onboarding of adviser-centric knowledge base.
Toyota Motor Corporation - Solution architecture and development of proof-of-concept solution for global lead management template, Solution encompasses sales cloud for distributor allocation and partner communities for dealer management.
Chorus New Zealand - Solution architect and team lead for two new initatives, one is service oriented partner community for reporting of asset damages to the network, and another being a sales cloud for tracking bespoke network builds to enterprises.
Lead full-stack developer for enterprise Salesforce instance for Vodafone. Key responsibilities include solution architecture and development of several initiatives across the enterprise salesforce space including but not limited to order assurance process improvements, customer care, sales coaching, account and opportunity planning, integration activities, and overall BAU support.
Responsibilities also include vendor management for several initiatives that involved external contractors.
