Instrumental Components Development Group Manager

As Team Lead of Endpoint Maintenance / Engineering Support Group I was responsible for delivery of engineering support and maintenance services provided by R&D department of Kaspersky Lab to company’s corporate customers. My team and I were focused on handling customers’ bug reports and feature requests and incident management and resolution, with my primary responsibilities being:
- Development and implementation of maintenance contracts;
- Maintenance of continuous 24x7 emergency services;
- Improvement and maintenance of the team's business processes;
- General team management, including resource management, team and individual performance tracking;
- Professional support for team members, coaching newcomers;
- Interviewing candidates for open positions and recruiting new team members;
- Direct support for company's key customers (in e-mails, on the phone, and on site).

In addition to my primary position I was acting as crisis manager of Endpoint Product Line being responsible for resolution of major (crisis) incidents related to endpoint products. This included formulization, regular review and approval of crisis management procedures, initiation and implementation of crisis management procedure in case of a major incident, coordination of crisis resolution team, maintaining continuous communication between affected customers and crisis resolution team, reporting status to top management, post-mortem analysis and further reconciliation of crisis management procedures.
