As a Principal Software Engineer at CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, I lead key initiatives to enhance the patient experience through improved application delivery and streamlined processes. My role involves collaborating closely with infrastructure teams to resolve critical production issues, ensuring both system stability and high service quality.
