I have experience in developing and managing backend systems and especially micro-services or SOA based architectures.

I can speak and write Python, PHP, Java, C, C++, Javascript, CoffeeScript, HTML/CSS, Matlab, Octave.
I am currently playing with Go in my free time.

I also have experience writing front-end code and designing user interfaces.
In the past, I have been developing web applications mostly as I was freelancing during my college years.
I like playing with Electronics, Circuits and building Robots/Devices using Arduino.
Most recently, I have been interested into Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

In general, I am interested in "Problem Solving" and will always be. I like problems involving Distributed Systems, High Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning or which are trying to solve any social issue like mass education.

I love open source. Almost all of my side-projects are open sourced and on Github, I also actively contribute to other open source projects that I regularly use. I evangelize open source and also conduct regular workshops and speak at colleges, user group meetups and conferences.
