Led the development of a semi-automatic evaluation system for Ring devices, focusing on their AI-driven features. My role involved orchestrating the integration of cutting-edge deep learning models and advanced statistical techniques to revamp the testing process. I played both the role of the project manager as well as the science lead. This initiative, which I spearheaded from conceptualization to full-scale production in under a year, successfully automated a significant portion of the evaluation workflow. As a result, we achieved an 80% reduction in resource utilization and a 40% decrease in evaluation time, setting a new standard in efficiency. This project exemplified my commitment to technical innovation and operational efficiency. It highlighted my ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across diverse teams, resulting in significant improvements in both time and resource management.
