During my time at Zefr I have worked on a team focused on delivering a web product called Atrium. As part of this team, I focus on efforts that
unblock my fellow engineers, allowing them to deliver their highest quality work with greater ease. Some of this work includes
 - A complete rewrite of internal libraries into TypeScript
 - CI/CD Pipeline updates
 - Legacy web updates with backwards compatibility
 - Migration of test frameworks

Full-Stack Software Engineer

When I originally joined Fair I was hired as a back-end engineer on the billing team. When I finished at Fair, I was leading a team of engineers on
the creation of an internal operations website. While this transition was not entirely my choice, I embraced the opportunity to grow my skillset in a
wider capacity.

While at Bird I worked in a mission team building, testing, and sunsetting, billion dollar ideas outside of the core business.

Unfortunately, my time at Bird came to a close due to the company's COVID response.

My time at Rinse taught me the beauty, and importance, of writing project specification documents. My teammates helped me feel confident in my strengths, and courageous in facing my weaknesses.

- Full-stack engineer working with Django, plain js, jQuery, React, Vue, CSS, and SCSS
- Product owner for updating, testing, and deploying an internal mobile application for iOS and Android through a hybrid framework used in daily operations by hundreds of users for a variety of purposes
- Worked in two-week sprint cycles continually pushing forward revenue impacting features and bug fixes
- Managed a variety of IT tasks including, but not limited to, setting up Mobile - - Device Management, flashing and repairing linux machines, and preparing for internal town halls

I've been working on websites for over a decade now. I've managed websites for organizations like MAGFest. I've worked on internal websites for companies I've been employed at or with. I've built specialized web pages on contract work to greatly improve the efficiency of existing pipelines for sales employees.

Its HTML and CSS. It powers web pages. It's useful. I can work with it in vanilla if needed. Generally, something like Tailwind or bootstrap is used to make things easier.

I like to use Python as my personal pocket language for writing my own tools. It's fast to write, and flexible to work with. When it comes to creating a back-end server, I have experience working with Django and CherryPy servers, and the templating languages associated with each.

I've often found that a lack of strong typing can lead to quick solo development, but very painful team development. It's important to take the time to make python types clear, whether its by naming-convention or by using a typing library

I've been working with HomeAssistant since its initial release. I've gone from a single Raspberry Pi to a small handful of running servers at home, just one for HomeAssistant of course. 

When it comes to HomeAssistant, I sometimes contribute plugins to the community store, or add notes about my own setup to the wiki on my plugin repo.

My own setup is something I have spent significant time on. It is not easy to express how this has manifested.
