Since its early release, I started playing around with this new language. Swift is similar to a bunch of languages in its syntax, which made very easy for me to follow up its evolution and keep up with the latest Swift trends. Because of my expertise in Objective-C, it was very easy for me to develop iOS apps in Swift as well.

I'm a very organized person, and Git helped organize my code-base for the past 7 years. I've worked with SVN before, but Git proved to be the way to go.
It's essential to keep track of all your history, easily collaborate with others on projects, and have this magical 'undo' button whenever you need it.

A lot of developers don't pay attention to this, they just want to ship a product as fast as possible. What happens next? The client test it out and it's full of bugs, so the developer has to fix everything again.
I personally prefer to use multiple level of testing before delivering a product or considering a task 'done'.
Starting with unit tests, functionality test, integration test, and even automated UI tests! A product should be really clean before handing it to the client.
