UX design
I designed a new user experience for a personal loan origination system. This was a complete, end-to-end effort including both the consumer loan application and back-office review and approval process. Part of the scope included the addition of a new underwriting decision engine. The UX process I implemented helped bring the different stakeholders together to discuss the implications this would have on their workflows.

Data analytics
In this project I helped the Chief Pharmacy Officer for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) increase his margins by using claims data to identify which providers were writing prescriptions for their in-house pharmacies, as opposed to less profitable contract pharmacies.
