I implemented new features to the core product and improved the reliability and speed of the test suite, CI workflow, and handling of dependency risk management. The team worked across the whole stack from building a data store to a mobile API and SPA interfaces. I introduced company-wide knowledge transfers and workshops to get developers up to speed and was a member of a senior architectural team responsible for improving the software engineering practices and the overall design of the app. I was deeply involved in the expansion to multiple markets from architectural to a hands-on point of view.
