I've been working as full time iOS developer for five years, and three more years on the side before that. I've worked both at startups and consulting companies, and in long and short term engagements. In all of the projects I participated, I've had significant interaction with clients, designers, backend developers, product owners, and project managers.

I've built apps from scratch, and I've worked on existing codebases with different levels of tech debt and legacy code, and I have significant insight into the development process in all stages of application development, from inception to maintenance.

I have significant experience with both Objective-C and Swift, having worked on projects with either one, the other, or both.

I have never worked as a Ruby on Rails developer. I learned Ruby on Rails to use on my side projects, and to better understand the server-side portion of applications I work on. This has allowed me to better interact with backend developers on teams I've been a part of.

I know enough to develop a full Rails application and API, though my ability to scale and maintain an application long term is limited.

I've studied Machine Learning, more specifically Neural Networks, in university. I published a paper at a student conference and did a couple projects for fun. I have a good understanding of the concepts and underlying math. I don't have experience to work on projects on my own, but I can hold a conversation and understand readings and techniques.

I continue to study Machine Learning mostly for fun. Maybe one day it'll come in handy.

I'm experienced with Git and have used it for a long time in all my projects. I've got a good grasp of more complicated setups and workflows, as well as continuous integration. 

I've worked mainly with GitHub but I'm familiar with GitLab and Bitbucket as well.
