I was working globally with multiple teams from MX, BR, CO, PE in order to automate task, get analytics and process information for expansion in LATAM.

• End: Another restructuring puts me working with Early Stage Team (new users) and applying previous knowledge we managed to automate marketing campaigns for almost 9 countries. Impacting directly more than 1M users.
• Started working in a more strategical position implementing airflow, architecture of Rappiś data warehouse (Snowflake) for Growth in the Top 5 Countries (Mexico, Colombia & Brazil)
• Left my position as head of the BI in Growth Mexico and start working globally as a BI Leader for Latam.
• Working on defining key metrics for the business, ROI, GMV, Churn, Customer Acquisition, Burn Rate, LTV..
• Start: I started doing dashboards for Growth Mexico, as well as the segmentation and definition of audiences using SQL for marketing campaigns. We were growing 20% MoM.
