I have been the technical director (until July 2012), and have taken the lead of most of the projects: general purpose websites, e-commerce websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, web GIS solutions. I have worked on projects for some important italian and international companies: MAD, Città Della Scienza, Ricordi, Honda, ePrice, ENEA, Università di Bologna, Maire Tecnimont and some others. During the years, as a technical director, I made my contribution to software development processes definition and tuning, making the team adopt agile management techniques (SCRUM), test driven development, and source version control tools (subversion at the beginning, GIT currently), plus some other minor things. Moreover, i am always asked to help the team at any stage of the development process (design, development, testing, deployment), so maximum flexibility is a must for me. Python is the language I use, and everyday tasks I accomplish usually are API development, SaaS e- commerce platform development, webgis development and more.
