Performed Administrator duties while the search for a full time admin was underway. This included responding to daily help tickets of a varied nature.
Created customizations and integrations for Netsuite were created for a long term occasional customer. These included every major script type. Major integrations included EDI and cXML (Punchout) implementations.
Last project was to create a system where the account could have a white label B2B portal system for their various customers. System was based on Next.js and utilized Mongo DB, Amazon Cognito, Amazon EKS (Kubernetes) , AWS Lambda and Elastic Beanstalk.
The system replaced 35 heavily customized Netsuite Site Builder based portals for a significant yearly cost saving.
