Software Engineering Manager

Spent the majority of my professional career working in C# building an enterprise level system collatting data from thousands of devices (all running a system of micro-services, also written in C#) on a RabbitMQ message bus. Each device had a 0MQ bus utilizing a reflection-based RPC library I wrote to allow them to easily and reliably communicate with each other. I then was the primary developer on a plugin-based WPF application that displayed device status, various reports of the collected data, and allowed users to interface with a variety of additional applications that used the data.

Apart from my professional work, I have done a number of personal projects using WPF and UWP, winning several hackathons with my work.

After doing several projects on my own to learn the framework, including grindstonetogoals.com, I got my current job working full time with the framework. Our site serves over 100 municipalities with millions of rows of data. My experience with Angular and its related technologies grows every day.

The first projects I worked on at Leap Forward Gaming were video poker games written in C, complete with an entire system to emulate object oriented programming. Subsequently, I did a number of small embedded projects for firmware to talk to our C# master devices.
