Summary
I have specialized in Ruby on Rails back-end development for over 10 years. Currently, I lead a small team of developers building SaaS products for manufacturing companies.
I have experience working on small and middle-sized web apps, but I am also interested in larger projects at scale. I have extensive experience in the startup world (like YC alumni Prizeo) and international businesses.
Throughout my software engineering career, I have built multiple greenfield web apps, REST JSON APIs, and 3rd party API integrations as part of smaller and bigger teams of developers, analysts, designers, and testers.
Happy to train and mentor less experienced colleagues and grow alongside more experienced ones.

Work Experience
I took over older Ruby on Rails app and gradually improved it to become great internal tool for manufacturing company. I grew the team from just myself to 4 full-time developers and 1 tester. I oversee the technical direction of the product and manage and coach other developers.
My main responsibility was maintaining, optimizing, and expanding the REST API built in Ruby on Rails and consumed by iOS and Android apps. I also built from scratch the company's billing system integrated with Xero.
