As the most experienced Developer in the field of ES6+ and correlated frameworks I was leading my team in the migration process from ES5 to newest JavaScript version. During normal working day we were working in the team of 3 in a mob programming mode. We were working as a fully distributed team, so in practice it meant that we shared our screen and while two of us were discussing the solution the third one wrote the code. Besides ES6 migration task I was responsible for mobile app new feature development based on the much more robust desktop app.
