I led a development team of five people for two years to migrate and unify fifteen web
applications previously developed with PHP to a new unique web application developed with
latest technologies and installed in a brand new web server. I am proud of the code
organization and site structuring. Also with the result of the web application which is scalable,
fast and very easy to add new functions. I also acted as a front-end developer in this project.

Lead Developer

I worked as a developer of the back-end, front-end web applications and DB Architect. I
performed the digitalisation of several processes that were previously performed by hand
which resulted in direct benefits of cost savings and speed management.

Worked as a freelancer I've developed several web sites and web applications for four different companies and several customers over those years.

Freelancer Web Developer

I've worked with PHP for over 15 years now. Started with forms automation and basic web development I've done several multiple different applications, scripts and APIs with PHP. More recently I've started usign Codeigniter as a framework for some projects.

I've learned MySQL back in 2005 as a way to create more robust web applications. Since then I've been improving this skill and working with several databases. I've written stored procedures to update and maintain large databases and I've migrated entire databases to MySQL. I am able to write queries to extract complex information very fast.

My first HTML web page was written on a plain-text editor before CSS was around. I am currently able to create and edit modern HTML/CSS websites and comnbine them with useful plugin such a Bootstrap 4.

I've originally learned JavaScript to validate forms. After knowing this language I decided to go deeper and it was a one-way trip. I've automated so many websites using the client-side advantages of this language.

I've added jQuery to my skills back in 2009 as a way to create more efficient JavaScript code. I've also added AJAX to my skills to be able to communicate my front-end with my back-end. I've been using these tools since then.

I've been creating APIs since 2014 and I've created APIs to communicate front-end with back-end. APIs to be consumed by external services and APIs to communicate with mobile applications. Security protocols are always a must.

My journey as a developer started 23 years ago when I was 15 years old. After learning several programming languages I decided to specialize in web development.
