I am an Electrical Civil Engineer with a passion for technical leadership and embedded systems.
I have experience as an IoT developer, implementing microservices and creating interfaces using Python, TypeScript, and React.JS. I have also worked as a CEO and co-founder of a software and digital fabrication company, handling budget and critical KPIs.
I have strong skills in leadership, strategic planning, and teamwork, and I am proficient in programming languages such as Python and Typescript. I have experience with Amazon Web Services, serverless frameworks, and A.I technologies such as AWS Sagemaker and Tensorflow.
Work Experience
IoT developer (fullStack software & hardware) for pest remote monitoring, using wireless nodes for the agriculture industry.• Implemented several microservices on the backend related to pest phenology monitoring, that is: data cleaning/interpolation, IoT event logs and notifications workflow. Most of it done with Python and the AWS cloud stack (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ApiGateway, SQS, etc ...)
- Created the respective interfaces to the above monitoring, using TypeScript and React.JS
- Created a fully trained object detection model, to keep the count of certain pest, using AWS Sagemaker toolchain and Tensorflow (Object Detection API) through some containers via Docker
- PCB design with KiCad 6 to upgrade an electronics module, using a brand new ESP32 microcontroller
CEO and co-founder of CALCE, a company dedicated to software and digital fabrication with an aim on rehabilitation in orthopedics labs. Director of four city-wide projects, handling budget and critical KPI’s on their software and digital fabrication branches.• 600+ Patients attended
