I have passion for creating solutions, I have successfully contributed to the development of million dollar user-friendly application. Work Experience
I was hired to develop this app from the ground and architect it. After 8 great years working with a wonderful team its now an app worth millions in the US. Even though I love Casefriend, its a baby for me, its my time to look for new challenges. My role at the beggining was as a developer, and as we hired more devs I became the tech lead of the application. Some of the few things I have to do are:
Provide technical leadership and align development strategies with regulatory requirements.
Manage project planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment, offering mentorship to junior developers.
Assess and recommend technologies, maintaining high coding standards and architectural guidelines.
Engage with legal professionals, integrating client feedback to evolve solutions for California law firms.
Led and supervised junior development teams in project execution and delivery at Admios
Meeting with clients using Agile Methodologies to manage and develop tasks for different projects.
