Worked on the development of chat bots with different technologies, initially we developed the chat bot using NodeJS and Java, and eventually with a third party vendor to integrate with the existing call center application. Developed eCommerce applications and web services for the consumption of our different insurance-related clients and vendors.

Worked with Singaporean clients to develop a platform for businesses and government transactions. Worked initially on creating REST web services and APIs to create back-end functionalities. Moved on to pioneer and develop batch jobs to automate processes and speed-up minute tasks.

Started my professional development career in this international Japanese telecommunications company. Underwent training and development activities. First project, worked on an internal tools management portal that will help speed up the development of other developers using Java EE, MSSQL and related web development technologies. Next project, worked on an internal tool that will help developer speed up their unit testing activities using C, C++ and Java.

Also worked on side projects for other internal departments to help them with their operations. This includes the development of the HR-related systems, QA systems and mini-projects.

Software Design Engineer

Spent most of my professional career doing Java for large companies. Developed desktop applications, server applications, web applications and batch jobs according to the clients' requirements and specifications.

Developed mobile applications for different clients as per their requirements such as insurance related mobile applications, group management related applications, food delivery service applications and etc. These applications were all built using Expo's managed workflow, which allows the applications to run on both Android and iOS. Most of these applications are using Firebase and GraphQL as databases depending on the requirements.

Also developed a purposeful mobile application for the kitchen: Fridge (https://sevtech-inc.github.io/fridge).

Developed and deployed various applications, which includes the following but not limited to: chat bots, NLP-driven applications, websites, web services, database-driven applications and etc. Used the following technologies: AWS, GCP, Heroku, Digital Ocean and etc. to supplement the applications created.

Integrated with React, created an API for a project in the automotive industry. A platform for car owners and shop owners to have transparency in their transactions. Integrated with backend REST APIs, OAuth and AWS.

Integrated with Laravel, created a frontend web application for a project in the automotive industry. A platform for car owners and shop owners to have transparency in their transactions. Integrated global state management (Redux), router/navigation (React-Router), HTTP client (Axios), maps (Google Maps) and other related libraries.
