The objective of the project was to reduce the account receivables age to avoid defaults and NPA's.
Dashboards and reports categorizing clients into different segments and dedicated strategies were made for each segment.
The employees had clear vision of what accounts they need to approach and the leads could effectively track the performance of the employees

The project aimed at tracking the marketing spend against the customer acquisition and retention and which strategies are working effectively to acquire and retain the customers
We also identified and published customers every week which were on the verge of going dormant so that we can gain them back with dedicated marketing strategies

Footfall, Conversion rate, Upsell/Cross sell, Inventory turnover, Competitive analysis,CSAT,Channel partners and other relevant business metrics were being tracked through different dashboards and reports in this project

Retail business Analytics 

Coronavirus has grown exponentially, The dashboard tracks the number of confirmed, recovered, active and deceased people from this virus.
The data can be analyzed based on region and dates and can be drilled to individual countries to see their path during this pandemic
The data was sourced from github and this dashboard was created in early march even before the long of Bing covid portal

Personalisation is the key to success in service industry, The dashboard let's you know the preferences of the past customers along with providing effective recommendations to improve cross selling of products by using market basket analysis there there by driving up the average order size and the net revenue.
The dashboard also provide details of the overall health of the business along with customer product and vendor scorecards
