- As a technical adviser, I advise other teams on technical problems with ensure that Appian's software is as robust as possible
- As Squad Coach, I distribute Agile process related work among my team as well as keep the department and dependent teams aware of what we are working on and any risks we are running into
- As a member of the Engineering Performance Office, I work to ensure performance testing and tools are available and documented for departmental use.
