Worked as a Technical lead in an Angular-Cordova multi-platform app with more than 40 international contributors. Helped the development team to design and develop new features, meet with the client to discuss on the advances and on new opportunities for improvement of the app. - Worked in new features (Modules, Components, Services) - Helped in the stabilization of the app - Performed Unit testing with Jest and End to End testing with protractor - Attended to grooming sessions with the client. Technology/Business Value: - Helped the client managing a development team of 5 people including international colleagues, leading daily stand-ups, grooming, planning and helping with pull requests reviews - Re-implemented legacy library that displayed the layout of table service restaurants with incoming orders. This library was used inside the Angular application and in the web configuration portal to create the restaurant’s table map, reducing human errors and improving business processes.
