I have over 16 years of experience in software industry, working with iOS (12+ years), web development, systems analysis, UX design and team lead.
In my most recent role, I'm developing the social and AR features in the Mansa Streaming (US) iOS app, enabling user interaction while watching movies and TV shows. I also developed a DRM streaming solution. Previously, I worked at Owlet Baby Care (US) to improve the scalability of their iOS app.
I co-founded Tripify and worked as iOS developer and UX designer. Apple has featured it as App of the Day and one of the best travel apps in the App Store. Tripify has helped more than 100,000 people from 100+ countries to have better travel experiences. Thanks to Tripify I was also part of Apple Entrepreneur Camp, cohort 12.
For 4+ years I led a team of a 15 developers in MPGO, where I managed significant systems development.
Work Experience
- Developing social and AR features in the iOS app, enabling user interaction while watching movies and TV shows.
- Developed DRM streaming solution, saving the company thousands monthly by replacing a paid service.
- Improving app architecture, adopting SOLID principles and the concept of a feature domain model, developing each feature/component in a Swift Package.
- Implemented CI/CD with Xcode Cloud.
- Worked to make iOS app more scalable and helping over 1 million of parents have a better experience on monitoring their children with Owlet smart socks and cameras.
- Improved app architecture using Redux for scalability.
- Migrated from Firebase Realtime Database to a company backend (RESTful) using feature flags.
- Wrote unit tests with XCTest and conducted code reviews for optimal production results.
- Implemented a Proof of Concept (PoC) for migrating to The Composable Architecture (TCA).
