Our team was responsible for managing the entire iOS app development lifecycle from project setup and until shipping to the AppStore.

Challenges we overcame:
● Building the application based on a custom router, to enable to the business team to switch from beta mode to release mode with totally different user flows without having to update the application.
● Managing with 4 different teams from 4 different service providers and making all the integration testing successfully to be able to launch the app on time.
● Building multiple reusable custom controls.
● Writing solid Swift/Cocoa code that is both maintainable and elegant.
